RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

At Label Shipra Karnani, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges on customized orders. However, we will process returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • The product delivered does not match the item listed in your order confirmation.
  • The product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • For any other reasons (e.g., incorrect shipping details provided or delivery failure after multiple attempts), returns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Should any of these conditions apply, kindly contact us at care@shiprakarnani.com within 48 hours of delivery to initiate the return process.

Return Requirements:

  • All returned products must have their original tags intact and be returned in their original packaging.
  • Products must be in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, you will receive an email confirmation. If the product passes our quality inspection, a credit note equivalent to the refund amount will be issued within 7-15 working days.

Please Note:

  • Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds.
  • We do not offer a reverse pickup service. The cost of re-delivery will be borne by the customer placing the order.
  • Size exchanges are available only for standard sizes of the same item, provided we are notified within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at care@shiprakarnani.com. After 24 hours, cancellations or refunds will no longer be possible. If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed in the original payment method within 7-15 working days.
